Coronet Solar Clean ("we," "us," "our") provides residential and commercial solar panel cleaning and maintenance services across Southern California. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website or contact us about a cleaning, and how we handle it.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to give us directly — there is no account creation or sign-up on this site. That typically happens when you:
- Call or text the phone number listed on this site
- Email us a quote request, including through the "Email this quote" or "Request a commercial quote" buttons on this site, which open a pre-filled message in your own email app
- Give us your name, service address, phone number, email, or property details (such as panel count or roof height) so we can schedule and price a cleaning
We do not collect payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or other sensitive personal information through this website.
How we use it
We use the information you give us to:
- Prepare and send you an accurate price quote
- Schedule, confirm, and complete a cleaning or maintenance visit
- Send you the before-and-after photo report for your job
- Follow up about a recurring cleaning plan you've signed up for
- Respond to questions, disputes, or service issues you raise with us
We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not use it to send unrelated marketing unless you separately ask us to keep you updated.
The instant quote estimator
The pricing calculator on this site (roof height, panel count, and plan frequency) runs entirely in your own browser. Your selections are used only to calculate the price shown on your screen — they are not transmitted to us, stored, or logged anywhere unless you click a button that opens an email or a phone call, at which point only what appears in that message or call is shared with us.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share limited information with:
- Crew members and subcontractors performing your scheduled cleaning
- Service providers who support our scheduling, invoicing, or communications (for example, an email or calendar tool) — bound to use that information only to help us serve you
- Authorities, if required by law or to protect the safety of our customers or crew
Cookies & tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics, or third-party advertising trackers of any kind. If that changes in the future — for example, adopting a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics service — we'll update this policy first.
Any preference the page remembers (such as a light/dark display setting) is stored only in your own browser and is never sent to us.
Retention & security
We keep customer and job information for as long as reasonably needed to provide our services, maintain accurate records, and meet legal or tax obligations — and no longer than that. We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us, but no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.
Your choices & rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information, once we no longer need it for an active job, warranty, or legal obligation
- Stop contacting you about future cleanings
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal information. As noted above, we do not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
Children's privacy
Our services are intended for property owners and managers, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services grow — for example, if we add online booking or payment processing in the future. We'll update the effective date above when we do. This page is a plain-language summary of our practices and is not a substitute for legal advice.
