These terms govern residential and commercial solar panel cleaning and maintenance services provided by Coronet Solar Clean ("we," "us," "our") across Los Angeles, Irvine, Orange County, and the Inland Empire. By requesting a quote, booking, or accepting a cleaning visit, you agree to the terms below.
Services provided
We perform exterior solar panel cleaning using soft-brush, deionized-water equipment — no soap or chemical additives. Depending on what you book, service may also include:
- Bird nest removal near or under an array
- Gutter clearing immediately adjacent to the array
- Emergency post-fire or post-ash cleaning
We do not perform electrical work, panel repair, roofing repair, or solar system installation. If a visit reveals a problem outside this scope — a cracked panel, a loose mount, exposed wiring — we'll point it out and recommend a qualified specialist rather than attempt the work ourselves.
Quotes & pricing
The instant estimator on our website gives a price based on the roof height and panel count you enter — it's an estimate, not a binding contract. We confirm the final price when we schedule your visit, and for 3+ story roofs, HOA common-area arrays, or commercial systems, pricing is confirmed by site visit before work begins.
Published rates may change over time; the price you're quoted at booking is the price that applies to that visit.
Scheduling & property access
You're responsible for providing safe, clear access to the roof and array on the scheduled date — this includes securing pets, disclosing any known hazards (unstable roofing, aggressive animals, locked gates), and making sure the property is otherwise ready for a crew to work. You don't need to be present during the visit unless we ask you to be.
We may reschedule for weather, safety conditions, or wildfire smoke/ash advisories that make roof work unsafe. We'll contact you as soon as we know a visit needs to move.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of each visit unless we've agreed to different terms in writing. Recurring plan customers (2×/year or 3×/year) are billed per visit at the discounted rate locked in when the plan was set up.
Cancellations & recurring plans
You can cancel or reschedule a one-time visit at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Recurring plans have no long-term contract — you can cancel at any time, effective after your next scheduled visit, by contacting us using the details below.
Recurring plan discounts begin on your 2nd visit; your first visit is billed at the standard one-time rate. If you cancel a recurring plan after receiving one or more visits at the discounted rate, those completed visits are reconciled to the standard one-time rate, and any difference is due with your final invoice.
Panel warranty considerations
Some panel manufacturers specify approved cleaning methods in their warranty terms. We use soft-brush, deionized-water cleaning specifically because it's widely accepted across manufacturer guidelines, but warranty terms vary by manufacturer and installer. You're responsible for confirming your own system's warranty requirements; we're glad to answer questions about our method if your installer or manufacturer asks.
Limitation of liability
We take reasonable care on every roof — harnessed access, soft-brush equipment, and a before/after photo record of each job. That said:
- We're not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or wear on your panels, mounts, roof, or gutters that we didn't cause
- Our liability for a job is limited to the price paid for that visit, except where California law doesn't allow that limit
- We're not liable for indirect losses (like lost energy production) beyond the cost of re-cleaning a panel we didn't clean to standard
Nothing in these terms limits any right or protection you have under California law that can't be waived by agreement.
Job photos
We take before-and-after photos of every array as part of the job record and email them to you the same day. We don't post job photos publicly or use them in marketing without asking you first.
Service area
We currently book jobs in Los Angeles, Irvine, Orange County, and the Inland Empire. Requests outside this area are considered case by case and may carry a travel adjustment.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services grow — for example, if we add online booking or payment processing. We'll update the effective date above whenever we do.
